Media Release: Enrol Now! Semester 1 2016
As the festive period comes to an end and the New Year starts, school leavers, parents and career changers finally have opportunity to stop and assess their options and opportunities for further training in 2016.
TAFE New England Institute Director, Peter Heilbuth, said “We are excited to offer over 200 courses to students throughout the New England and North West.”
“We are constantly innovating to meet the needs of our students as we understand that not everyone can attend a campus, so we offer many of our courses for study from anywhere, any time.” Mr Heilbuth added.
TAFE New England made a number of exciting announcements in 2015 including fee free training, subsidised training, fee freezes and pathways to university options which are all available to students who are considering commencing study, at the Institute, in 2016.
For those planning on checking out the Tamworth Country Music Festival, TAFE NSW will have a precinct in Peel Street from Tuesday 19 January to Saturday 23 January. Visitors to the precinct can expect interactive displays, an opportunity to discuss course information and enjoy performances by hand-picked buskers.
Members of the public who would like to find out more about TAFE New England courses can visit www.tne.edu.au or call 1800 448 176.
