Interest in TAFE NSW’s Certificate III in Business Administration remained strong in 2017, with Deputy Regional General Manager Adam Bennett today revealing it was the most popular course offered in Glen Innes for the second successive year.

The Certificate III in Business Administration was most popular, with the Certificate IV in Business Administration again the third most popular. Mr Bennett said the big change from 2016 was the popularity of the Certificate III in Individual Support course, which leapt into second.

“The Certificate III in Business Administration course was not only extremely popular in Glen Innes, it’s actually one TAFE NSW’s most popular course in western NSW,” Mr Bennett said.

“Certificate IV in Business Administration, like all TAFE NSW locations in western NSW, is always very popular but the big mover was the Certificate III in Individual Support. It was just outside the top 10 most popular courses in Glen Innes in 2016, but was the second most popular in 2017.”

Top 10 TAFE NSW courses in Glen Innes in 2017:
• Certificate III in Business Administration;
• Certificate III in Individual Support;
• Certificate IV in Business Administration;
• Certificate II in Automotive Servicing Technology;
• Certificate II in Business;

Mr Bennett said enrolments for 2018 at TAFE NSW were open now, and would be accepted right across the Christmas period.

“TAFE NSW has more than 1200 courses to choose from – so there’s something for everyone no matter where you live, your skill level or qualifications,” Mr Bennett said.

“With so many exciting options, and with research revealing that TAFE NSW graduates have a higher median income and employment rate than university graduates, there’s never been a better time to consider TAFE.”
